You must register by completing the online entry form, providing your name, email address and state, and agreeing to the Official Rules. No purchase necessary to enter.
This Sweepstakes is open to residents of AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT, GA, HI, IN, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY only.
There will be (5,000) Grand Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Wellness Experience at a participating venue or partner through TLC Wellness Network. A Wellness activity from the Wellness Network entitles winners to a voucher towards digital fitness instruction, a Zumba class, Yoga class, Pilates class, trial gym membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation, mindfulness experiences or other wellness experiences, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations in proximity to the winner.
Winners will be responsible for all travel arrangements if a physical location is chosen for their reward. Grand Prize Winners will be responsible for any taxes/fees/gratuity over the value of the Wellness Reward.
The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
Winners will be selected on or about April 10, 2025. The winners will be contacted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, The Reward Company.

One free Wellness Network activity.
Choosing a wellness activity from the Wellness Network entitles you to a voucher towards digital fitness instruction, a Zumba class, Yoga class, Pilates class, trial gym membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation, mindfulness experiences or other wellness experiences, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations near you. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to select your experience of choice via the Wellness Network, you will redeem for a wellness experience at either a brick-and-mortar venue, or a digital experience from one of our partners. You will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. If you redeemed for a wellness activity at a brick-and-mortar venue, you need to print out the voucher and bring it with you to the venue selected.
Sorry, Wellness Network vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be the one to redeem the activity. Furthermore, if you redeemed for a wellness activity at a brick-and-mortar venue, the person whose name is on the voucher will need to be present at the venue at the time of redemption.
Sorry, your prize is valid for one per customer booking group. A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder. You and your friend must make separate appointments.
Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed Wellness Network voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Also, please call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.
